St.
Luke 2011 Vacation Bible School

Don’t
Monkey Around—Join Our Orthodox Prayer Safari at
Kingdom of the Son!
Ages:
Entering Kindergarten in September to Joy
We’re excited about St. Luke’s
Vacation Bible School to be held
August 8 to August 11, 2011. This year’s program is Kingdom of the
Son, a week of Safari adventure!
Children will embark on a prayer safari
into the Kingdom of Son. Through their adventures, children will
discover that “God Listens,” “God Provides,” “God Forgives,” “God
Protects” and “God Rules!” We will have a great time with lively songs,
hilarious skits, creative crafts, exciting games, Bible stories and
tasty snacks—all of the things that make Vacation Bible School so much
fun for children. On top of that, we will be helping children learn to
know God through prayer.
Kingdom of the Son can be an
inspirational and educational expedition for your entire family.
Parents, older siblings (GOYA age), and grandparents are invited to
assist during the week. Vacation Bible School is scheduled for the
following dates and times:
Monday, August 8 - Thursday, August 11
9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
If you plan to join us for a great time
at Kingdom of the Son, please complete the registration and release form
included. GOYAns are encouraged to volunteer as Outdoor Activity
Leaders, Arts and Craft Leaders, or general help during the week.
If you have any questions or would like
to volunteer, please contact Niki Thompson at 484-576-3313 or via e-mail
at
Nikolitsat@aol.com
no later than July 21, 2011.
